King Queen - It's So Obscene

April just got a whole hell of a lot more interesting for me.

GWAR - a band that I have worshiped for many many moons is coming to Las Vegas on Monday April 9th.  I, for reasons beyond my comprehension, have never attended a GWAR show and I am about to correct that horrible injustice.

I just purchased two tickets for myself and a buddy and I'll be looking around for extra money to buy some sort of memory from the show.

I am also about to begin my campaign to be fed to the World Maggot live on stage, I've got minor hopes but I really don't expect to get that lucky.

This vile and disgusting beast has been eating GWAR fans for years and years and years.  I hope that I'm lucky enough to be next.

It would also tickle me pink if I were able to feed crack, or a crack-baby to Gor-Gor but you can't have everything in life that you desire.

For those of you who don't know GWAR - here is an article about the band that was recently published.

It's going to be an awesome blood and semen soaked time - I can't F'n wait!!

    1. Of course. He is the only one I knew that loved GWAR and would enjoy the show.

I thought at first you were referring to one of the LV strip poker rooms ...

    1. How often do you get blood involved in your strip poker?

  3. If I said I saw them in 88 or 89, would you believe me?

I had friends at VCU (all dropped out, go figure) and used to go down there to party on a regular basis. Around Halloween (I know it was then because I was wearing a diaper...), we went to see this "great" band near the Fan that the art majors were talking about.

Between the grain punch and the Black Label, I don't remember much, but the show was not as elaborate as they describe it now. Weird, but not over the top. I mostly remember distortion and not being able to understand the words lol.

I was never much into thrash, but I liked the girls :). And I like Captain Crunch.

    1. You saw them right about the time they came out. Their shows have gotten more elaborate since then from what I understand.
I would not have guessed You to go, but hot metal chicks are always enticing.

    2. When you are there to party and the girls say, "Let's go to a concert!" you go. Doesn't much matter if you have ever heard of the band before.

I DO remember thinking they had to be some sort of devil worshipers lol.

    1. Awesome. I have loved them from the moment I heard Scumdogs.
      A drunk, a pervert, a junkie and a womanizer.
But you can call me the salamanizer.
